1. Cancelled orders will be rescheduled the following day after we have assessed the situation and deemed it safe for delivery.
2. Orders may be cancelled or delayed by us without prior notice in case of any political instability or natural disasters for example heavy rains, road blockages, or any other concern which may influence the safety of our employees.
3. Order can be cancelled upto 12 hours after the placement of the order, provided that the order has not been prepared.
